We offer either an on site service or collect and return in our area around Ledbury and surrounding areas. 

Virus infection and malware are a fast growing problem, old saying "prevention is better than cure" both prevention and cure services availible. 

Training and HELP! 

Not just how to use the software but basics you can learn to help keep your computer running smoothly to avoid your frustrations, leave them to us we are used to coping with them.

Personal thoughts are that computers are female you can't rush them even if you need to and they are always right.

Many years experience of them (computers that is) has created the way I solve PC problems and provide training and help.

As soon as you commit to one you realise that if you had waited a little longer, you could have obtained a better model.

All tower and desktop systems are built to suit your individual need.

All  PC's are built to order so you get the latest technology not old parts.

The only "old" technology is the operating system staying with Windows XP Pro not the new Windows Vista OS as numerous problems have been experienced.

Laptops are bought with Windows XP installed again not Vista, it gives a more limited range of laptops but ones that are reliable and robust. Again they are only purchased to order and do not have them on the stockroom shelf.

EMailer Services

New service that offers on site email extractor extracting  email addresses and contacts from the email folders of Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express that can be tedious to do.

Not only can we extract addresses from regular mail folders such as your inbox both current and archive, but it can also search and extract contacts from local address books, such as Outlook Contacts or Windows Address Book. Even more, we can search and extract for email addresses in Office or PDF documents on your computers.

This enables you to easily create mailing lists, by harvesting your Inbox or other email folders and extracting email addresses and combining this with an E-Newsletter for cost effective mailing purposes. We supply the complete service working closely with you, please call or mail for examples.
